This group of colonial
buildings, on the site of one of Aucklands original windmills,
incorporates retail, hospitality and commercial premises and they now
warrant a thorough going over to both ensure capital value is
maintained and rental returns can be secured for the coming years. In
preparation for this work we have produced a set of drawings that are
being used to reorganise and refurbish much of the complex.
This work is now nearly underway and a Resource Consent has been
granted and we hoping Building Consent will be out of Council for a
early June start on site.
