This new house is currently under construction. The driveway has been cut and the platform for the new entrance and garage is being formed. The magnificent views back to Auckland across the Tamaki Straightswill soon be able to be enjoyed from the comfort of this modern home.
Work has begun again on this project now that the dry weather is well and truly here on Waiheke Island. Our academic owner has been awarded a prestigious position at an overseas university and will complete the project, to be utilised as a holiday home, when things get too hectic across the ditch.
